  • When we tap into feelings of gratitude, our energy is transformed from feeling empty or inadequate to being filled with abundance and joy. From a warm cup of morning coffee with friends to the simple pleasure of hot water during a shower – each day brings many moments that give us plenty to be thankful for. Focusing on gratitude expands our capacity for unmatched joy and contentment in life.
  • Be Generous: “Paying it forward helps foster a sense of abundance within yourself.” Look for ways to give back without expecting anything in return; kindness goes a long way! Put your money where your mouth is – donate to causes close to home or volunteer your time with organizations that matter greatly to you.
